1. What HeyPlots does
HeyPlots helps people buy new-launch and under-construction homes in Hyderabad. We shortlist projects, prepare written briefs, accompany site visits and support you through negotiation, paperwork and possession. We are an advisor and channel partner. We are not a developer, and we do not build, own or sell the homes ourselves.
Our TS-RERA real estate agent registration is in progress. We will publish the number on this site once it is issued.
2. Free for buyers, and how we are paid
Our service is free for homebuyers. When you buy a home through us, the developer pays HeyPlots a channel-partner fee. You pay us nothing, and the fee does not come out of your price. We show the fee on every project in your brief, so you always know where we stand.
3. Our advice and briefs
- Briefs, prices, timelines and other information we share are based on public records such as RERA filings, developer documents, site visits and market data available at the time. They can change, and they can contain errors despite our checks.
- Our advice is an informed opinion to help you decide. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not a guarantee of price, appreciation, possession date or construction quality.
- Before you pay any money or sign any agreement, verify the details yourself, including the project's RERA registration, and take independent legal or financial advice where needed.
- The decision to buy, and which home to buy, is always yours.
4. Your purchase is with the developer
Any booking, agreement for sale or payment is between you and the developer (and your bank, if you take a loan). HeyPlots is not a party to those contracts. The developer is responsible for delivering the project as promised under its agreement and RERA registration. We will help you raise issues with them, but we cannot be held responsible for their delays, defaults or changes.
5. Using the website
- Give us accurate details when you contact us, and only your own, or someone's whose permission you have.
- Do not misuse the site: no spam, scraping, attempts to break in, or anything unlawful.
- The site's design, text, briefs and logos belong to HeyPlots. You may share links and use the content for your own home search, but do not copy or republish it commercially without our permission.
- Examples on the site, such as the sample brief and the project names in it, are illustrative. Photos are illustrative and do not show HeyPlots clients.
6. Other websites and apps
The site links to WhatsApp, social media and other websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Your personal data
How we collect and use your details is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Limits of our responsibility
We work hard to give accurate, honest advice, but to the extent the law allows, HeyPlots is not liable for losses arising from decisions you make using the site or our advice, from a developer's or third party's actions, or from the site being briefly unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you while we are helping you, we will tell you.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please talk to us first at info@heyplots.com; most things can be settled quickly. Otherwise, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
